Swimming Lesson # 1
In the midst of everything that went on this weekend, I totally forgot to mention Alisha’s first swimming lesson! It was on Saturday morning and it went as well as could be expected. I’ve said it before, Alisha is a cautious child, so she was hesitant to even immerse her face in the water even though it’s something she has done before, albeit 2 years ago. Why has it been so long?? For those who might have forgotten, last year Alisha didn’t take swimming lessons because it was all about Jacob, 24/7. Well, it’s still 24/7 Jacob but at least he’s a little bit older. And bribe-able, thanks to Cheerios!
Ya gotta start somewhere!
Alisha’s still got a bunch of lessons ahead of her so her swimming skillZ can only improve! :)
